The fine print (written large, because we're honest): On pay-per-play rentals, machine proceeds go to the Claw Bros — that's how the boys earn. Delivery, setup, and testing are included within 25 miles of Grand Rapids. The 15% pickup discount applies to event rentals only. A $100 deposit reserves your date (50% refundable up to a week out, non-refundable within 48 hours). Renters are responsible for the machine while it's in their care; damage requiring replacement incurs a $750 fee.

Good questions

How long do I get the machine for an event?

A full 24 hours — not a 4-hour window like most party rentals. We deliver and set up before your event, you keep the fun going all day and all night, and we pick it up the next day.

What does the machine need at my venue?

Just a standard wall outlet and a few feet of floor space, indoors or under solid cover — we bring an extension cord in case the outlet isn't close by. It fits through standard doorways. If your venue has stairs or tight corners, mention it when you book and we'll plan for it.

Does someone need to run it during the event?

Nope — it runs itself. We set it up, load it, and test it before we leave. Guests just walk up and play.

What's the difference between free play and pay-per-play?

Free play means guests play unlimited, no money needed — most popular for weddings and corporate events. Pay-per-play means guests feed the machine like a real arcade, and the proceeds go to the Bros. Great for lobbies and casual parties. You choose the mode.

Can I put my own prizes in it?

Absolutely — that's the Machine Only tier. Wedding favors, branded swag, gift cards in capsules, candy: if it fits the claw, it plays. We can help you figure out what grabs well.

Is it actually winnable?

Yes. Unlike arcade machines set to pay out once in a blue moon, ours is set so people genuinely win. Watching guests actually walk away with prizes is the whole point.

Is there a deposit?

Yes — a $100 deposit reserves your date. Cancel a week or more before your event and 50% of the deposit is refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

What if the machine gets damaged?

The machine is sturdy and built for crowds, but renters are responsible for it while it's in their care. Damage that puts the machine out of commission incurs a $750 replacement fee. Normal wear and tear from playing is never an issue — that's what it's for.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better — there's one machine and two very busy business owners (they have school). Weekends go first, so reach out as soon as you have a date.
